Real Experience
In my most recent role as Head of Commissioning at AURA, I led the Commissioning team within the AV division, as well as the Digital Build and CMS teams within the Digital Signage division. Over the years, I have delivered projects for leading universities such as Imperial College London, Oxford University and UCL, along with global companies, including PwC and Boeing.
I began my career with SJI Systems, before moving to William Hill to support the transition from analogue to digital equipment. I then joined Reflex Ltd, progressing from installations into programming, and eventually becoming Commissioning Manager. When Reflex was acquired by AURA Futures, I stepped into the role of Head of Commissioning, where I was able to drive innovation and deliver complex AV and Digital Signage projects.
I am passionate about working as a Software Developer in the AV industry, as I enjoy the challenge of integrating a wide variety of devices and thrive on the fast pace of evolving technology.
Real Expertise
My expertise spans software development in C#, Python and Lua, along with tailored GUI design, DSP design and audio commissioning. With a background in electronic engineering, I bring both technical and creative problem-solving skills to configuring and optimising advanced systems.
I am a Crestron Certified Programmer, Extron Advanced Programmer, AMX ACE certified and hold a CTS-I certification. Among my proudest achievements are leading high-profile commissioning teams and delivering solutions that balance technical excellence with user-focused results.

Real Life
Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, cycling and tackling DIY projects, especially repairing engines and anything mechanical. I have always been passionate about technology and problem-solving, so working in AV and software development allows me to bring those interests together while continuing to grow with the industry.
When faced with stressful situations, I stay calm and focused, breaking problems down into clear, manageable steps and supporting those around me to stay productive. Looking ahead, my ambition is to continue building on my experience in software development, commissioning and leadership, while embracing new challenges that allow me to innovate and make a lasting impact in the AV and digital space.
